What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All of our orders are shipped out on a 2-Day Express service via Canada Post all over Canada. Please note that the 2-day shipping does not include processing time of your order. Thus, once your order is processed and ready to be shipped out, you can expect to receive it via a 2-Day Express service via Canada Post.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada. Please note that we cannot ship outside of the Canadian border due to stringent regulations.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
The only accepted payment method at this point in time is E-transfer. After checking out, you should receive an invoice in your email with instructions on how to arrange an E-transfer. Make sure to follow instructions that specify which email to send the transfer to (email@example.com) and what to provide in terms of a password for the E-transfer.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Browse our inventory and add items to your cart. When you are done shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the website and click the Checkout button. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
Once you have fully checked out, you will receive an invoice in your email. Please make sure to then arrange for an E-transfer after you receive an invoice in your email. Please note, we will only begin to process your order after we receive payment.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not require an account to place an order with High Council Shop. If you are ordering wholesale, you will require an account to view and purchase at wholesale prices.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Should you have any questions about your order, including cancelling your order or changing it, please email us at email@example.com. Please hold off on sending in payment if you would like to change your order. Should you have already sent in payment and then realise that you would like to make changes to your order, be sure to email us immediately and let us know.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once we mail out your order, you will receive an email from Canada Post with tracking details. If you have any further questions in regards to the status of your order, please simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How Can I Return a Product?
Should you have any issues with a product you have received, please email us at email@example.com.
